Duties:

  • Manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution.
  • Handle all aspects of discovery and litigation in workers' compensation cases.
  • Collaborate with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.
  • Provide clear and consistent legal guidance to clients.
  • Ensure proactive case management and timely resolution of cases.

Requirements:

  • Active membership in the State Bar of California.
  • Superior research, analytical, and negotiating abilities.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle work-related stress and problem-solve effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Certifications:

  • Member in good standing with the State Bar of California.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
