As an experienced prelitigation attorney at Daniel Stark, you will have the opportunity to work on great cases for exceptional clients and prevent them from being taken advantage of by insurance companies. Responsibilities and Duties

- Discover and develop clients' stories, understanding their fears, pain, and the impact of their injuries on their lives
- Provide remarkable job performance, exceeding clients' expectations and earning positive referrals
- Manage a proactive caseload, prioritizing tasks and providing exemplary customer service
- Lead and manage a team, fostering productive and friendly relationships
- Demonstrate aggressiveness and heart in fighting for our clients

Qualifications

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- State bar certification in Texas
- 3-5 years of personal injury or related legal experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
