This role requires 5-8 years of experience in litigation and offers flexible schedules with some remote work options. **Requirements:** - Active license to practice law in Louisiana - 5-8 years of litigation experience - Experience with insurance defense and/or first-party property claims defense - Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills - Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines - Experience participating in the development of a strategy for written and deposition discovery - Ability to distill research into meaningful and persuasive written work product - Team mindset - Confidence in serving as a representative of clients and our firm - Proactive and willing to take ownership of projects - Excellent research and analytical skills - Dedication to client service **Salary:** This position offers a competitive salary based on experience.
