Bodman's Business Practice Group is currently seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join their team. This full-time position will be based at any of Bodman's office locations and offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development in the corporate law field.

Salary Information: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Job Title: Corporate Attorney

Experience: 3-6 years of experience in buy-side and sell-side mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, private and public securities law matters, entity formations, and venture capital and private equity financing transactions.

Responsibilities:

- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and related documents.
- Advise clients on securities law compliance matters.
- Negotiate investment transactions.
- Draft core company governance documents.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with clients and colleagues.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in the field.
- Train and mentor junior associates and support staff.

Qualifications:

- . degree from an ABA-accredited institution.
- Licensed attorney in good standing in Illinois, Michigan, California or Texas.
- Experience in a broad corporate practice at a large or mid-sized law firm.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
