Summary:

Clark Hill, a leading AmLaw 200 law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Litigation Associate to join their team in Southern California. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of civil litigation experience and a familiarity with medical malpractice or elder abuse law. This is a primarily remote role, with the flexibility of location within Southern California. The salary range for this position is $140,000-$155,000 annually, with the opportunity for an annual discretionary bonus. Clark Hill also offers a comprehensive benefits package to their employees.

Responsibilities:

- Drafting and reviewing motions and pleadings
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Providing legal counsel and advocacy on behalf of clients
- Representing clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions
- Handling all written discovery from service to completion
- Preparing for and attending trials as needed
- Communicating professionally with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel

Requirements:

- 2+ years of civil litigation experience
- Familiarity with medical malpractice or elder abuse law

Salary Information:

- Salary range of $140,000-$155,000 annually, based on a full-time work schedule
