Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria LLP, one of the largest and most respected law firms in Western New York, is seeking a highly qualified Corporate Attorney to join our Business and Corporate Department. As a Corporate Attorney at Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including large multinational corporations, small businesses, non-profit organizations, individuals, and families. Our team of experienced business and corporate attorneys are well-versed in industry knowledge and legal proficiency, making them equipped to handle any legal issue our clients may face.

We are looking for candidates who possess initiative, excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, a strong background in corporate finance, a comprehensive understanding of business structures, and experience in performing due diligence in business transactions. In this role, you will be responsible for handling complex legal matters such as purchase, master, sale, and distribution agreements, preparing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements, providing guidance and support on corporate policies and governance matters, and advising on compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

At Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria, we provide our clients with a full range of legal services to meet all their corporate and business law needs, including business formation, commercial finance, mergers, acquisitions, contractual matters, property rights, employment matters, franchising and distributorship, sales contracts, stockholder and partnership agreements, general business transactions, and tax matters.

The compensation for this position ranges from $125,000 to $175,000 annually, depending on a wide range of factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, life, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) plan, and vacation time.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, be licensed to practice law in New York State, and have at least ten (10) years of experience performing business and corporate matters.
