Job Title: Associate Disability Attorney Experience Requirements: 1-3+ years of experience practicing Social Security Disability law, including at least 200 Social Security hearings in recent years. Location: This position is available for candidates who reside in the following states: CO, FL, GA, NV, NM, PA, SC, and TX. However, it will require travel to hearings in other cities and states. Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice to clients and represent them at disability hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges. - Prepare legal documents and conduct legal writing at the ALJ and Appeals Council levels. - Communicate with clients via telephone, mail, and email at all levels of the disability process. - Travel up to 80% of the time for hearings in other cities and states. - Maintain a fast-paced, professional, and client-focused work environment. - Work collaboratively in a team environment. - Meet challenging and fulfilling workloads. - Participate in the firm's employee wellness program. Requirements: - Must have an Attorney License. - 1-3+ years of experience practicing Social Security Disability law. - Conducted at least 200 Social Security hearings in recent years. - Strong communication skills, both oral and written. - Ability to travel up to 80% of the time. - Reliability and dependability. - Must reside in one of the following states: CO, FL, GA, NV, NM, PA, SC, and TX. - Must have a fast internet connection (20MB+) and a wired Ethernet cable internet connection in the home office. - Must have a land line telephone or good cell phone signal in the home office. - Must have a quiet home office with no distractions during business hours.
