Duties

• Take a leadership role in preparing for and conducting trials.
• Negotiate settlements effectively, including drafting mediation briefs and attending mediation sessions.
• Leverage litigation tactics to maximize case value and obtain key evidence.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their case.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in employment litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop creative and strategic legal arguments.
• Highly motivated with a results-driven approach to litigation.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar.
