Salary: Competitive

The Law Firm Kennedys is seeking four to six year lawyers to join its national and international insurance litigation practice in San Francisco.

Responsibilities:
- Proposing litigation strategy
- Communicating with clients and opposing counsel
- Drafting reports, pleadings, discovery and motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Arguing motions
- Participating in mediations and trials

Requirements:

- Minimum of four years of California practice experience
- Additional admissions in other states a plus
