Munck Wilson Mandala is seeking an experienced corporate transactional partner with a book of business to join its offices in Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, Waco, and Austin. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with corporate, M&A, and/or real estate matters and a portable client base.

**Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

* At least 8 years of corporate transactional experience with either a large law firm or a sophisticated corporate boutique
* Excellent client management, communication, and leadership skills
* Book of business required (at least $500K ideal)
* Licensed in Texas, Florida, or California
