What you'll do:

- Be a part of Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) team, providing integrated approach to technology implementations, automation, data management, and analytics for legal departments
- Deliver services for companies to streamline processes and increase efficiency using various applications

The team:

- Deloitte Tax LLP's TTC practice helps legal and tax departments pursue a streamlined and efficient function, enhancing core responsibilities while positioning for the digital era
- Specialize in tax and can address unique needs, requirements, and obligations of corporate legal and tax functions
- Multi-disciplinary team with legal, tax technical, and technology skillsets
- Business services include operating model evaluation, technology roadmap development, data and contract management solutions, automation, and more

Qualifications:

Required:
- Ability to work in hybrid model, co-locating in person 2-3 days per week
- 8+ years' experience in legal and/or technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with implementation of CLM software, document extraction tools, data wrangling tools, visualization/BI tools, DocuSign CLM or Salesforce configuration
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- One of the following accreditations: licensed CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, procurement/legal procurement, or SAS certified data scientist

Preferred:
- Advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience with DocuSign or Salesforce
- Experience with template rationalization and harmonization, guide/playbook creation, and contracting process design

Salary Information:

- Wage range for this role is $145,250 to $330,590, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and organizational needs
- Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program, subject to rules governing the program
