5-10 years of experience as a Plaintiff Trial Attorney
Significant first chair plaintiff personal injury trial experience
Extensive deposition experience, including corporate defendants, liability and damage experts, and medical experts
Proven track record of success in obtaining large verdicts and settlements
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage a large caseload and work under pressure
Willingness to travel as needed


EXPERIENCED PLAINTIFF TRIAL ATTORNEY Responsibilities:


Represent clients in court and during all phases of the litigation process
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Take and defend depositions
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources
Negotiate settlements and handle mediations and arbitrations
Manage a large caseload and meet deadlines
Participate in trial preparation and assist with trial strategy
Mentor and train junior attorneys and staff
