Law Firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate/Special Counsel to join our Real Estate Department in either NY or DC.

This position is ideal for a candidate with significant lender-side financing experience (construction loan experience is preferred but not required) and who is committed to focusing at least 60% of their time on lender-side work.

Law Firm is looking for an experienced Real Estate Associate/Special Counsel to join our Real Estate Department in either New York or Washington .

* JD degree from an accredited law school
* Must have significant lender-side financing experience (construction loan experience preferred but not required)

## Salary

The salary range for this position is $295,000—$415,000 USD. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
