# Litigation Associate - Torts
Amundsen Davis is looking for a Litigation Associate to join its Chicago office. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in civil litigation and be licensed in Illinois. Preference will be given to candidates with recent legal experience working in a government office.

## Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in civil litigation
* Licensed in Illinois
* Recent legal experience working in a government office
* Strong communication skills
* Solid analytical and writing skills
* Ability to work well on a team

## Responsibilities
* Represent clients in all aspects of litigation
* Draft pleadings
* Draft and respond to written discovery
* Conduct depositions
* Client communications
* Prepare case evaluations on liability, damages, and recommended course of action
