Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with over 20 offices in 10 states, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Attorney in the field of Toxic Tort. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trial. The candidate must be admitted in both New Jersey and New York.

The annualized salary range for this position is $85,000 to $165,000, with the actual pay being adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.
