Job Overview: A law firm specializing in product liability seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Product Liability Associate Attorney to join their team in Glendale, CA. The ideal candidate will assist lead attorneys in various phases of litigation, emphasizing strategic thinking to achieve client objectives.

Duties:

• Collaborate with lead attorneys on all aspects of litigation, including rapid response investigations, case evaluation, discovery, depositions, and trial presentations.
• Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Assist in case management and trial preparation, including witness preparation and evidence organization.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in litigation matters.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in product liability or related litigation.
• Must be licensed to practice law in California.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Familiarity with insurance defense litigation is preferred.
• General understanding of carrier billing and reporting guidelines is preferred.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
