Intellectual Property Litigation Associate
The candidate Should have 2 years of experience in patent litigation. All technical disciplines will be considered, but a technical degree (., electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science) or significant experience handling substantive patent issues with the ability to learn underlying computer and electronic-related subject matter is strongly preferred. Fluency in Mandarin is also highly desirable. Candidates must be admitted to a State Bar (California preferred). Additionally, must have superior written and oral communication skills, should be comfortable working in a team atmosphere and have excellent academic credentials.
