Job Description:

As a Family Law Associate at Fox Rothschild LLP, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, and adoption. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience in family law and be licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Attend court hearings and depositions
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members on complex cases

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey
• Strong academic record and excellent writing skills
• Previous family law clerkship experience is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
