The Law Firm (MG+M) is seeking an experienced Asbestos Associate Attorney to join our thriving asbestos practice group in California. With office locations in Irvine, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Walnut Creek, we offer the opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment while providing quality legal services to our clients.

As an MG+M Associate, you will have the opportunity to handle local and national accounts throughout the state of California. You will manage your own caseload and have the support of our senior lawyers as you work on challenging and complex civil matters. Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $195,000 annually, with the potential for bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k).

Experience Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in complex litigation, toxic tort liability, or environmental liability. You must also have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the state of California. Experience with motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Asbestos Associate Attorney at MG+M, your responsibilities will include:

- Independently managing a litigation caseload
- Conducting depositions
- Preparing witnesses for deposition and trial
- Reviewing and analyzing discovery requests
- Preparing and responding to discovery responses and pleadings
- Preparing court filings and service to counsel, including experience with e-filing
- Trial preparation and support
- Maintaining accurate time records
