# Joint Ventures Associate at Law Firm

Law Firm is seeking a Joint Ventures Associate with 3-6 years of experience for its Firmwide team. The successful candidate will have experience in complex and highly sophisticated real estate joint ventures and complex real estate limited liability company and partnership agreements.

## Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle significant individual responsibilities
- Major law firm experience preferred
- High level of academic achievement
- Tax . and/or familiarity with partnership tax is helpful but not required

## Salary and Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $215,000 to $265,000 per year. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
