  • Extensive experience working with executive compensation matters.
  • Excellent academic record from a reputable law school.
  • Bar admission is required for the jurisdiction of practice (Massachusetts preferred).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
