As a Workers’ Compensation Attorney at LOIS Law Firm, your responsibilities will include representing client interests at virtual hearings and telephonic depositions, counseling clients on emerging issues in litigated matters, preparing exposure analysis, and conducting settlement negotiations. You will also have the opportunity to consistently apply firm standards and tactics to achieve client goals.

To be considered for this role, you must be admitted to the New York State Bar and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in workers’ compensation defense.
