Litigation Paralegal Job Description:

As a Litigation Paralegal at Butler Snow LLP, you will have the opportunity to work with a team dedicated to providing the best representation for our clients. We are looking for someone with experience in drafting legal documents, conducting research, and supporting attorneys in various legal proceedings.

Responsibilities:

- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, notices and subpoenas
- Prepare witness and matter materials for attorney review
- Conduct document searches and factual research using Westlaw
- Assist with preparations for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Organize and maintain files for trial
- Manage document productions
- Summarize discovery responses
- Perform basic jury research

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload
- Initiative and ability to anticipate needs
- Desire to work collaboratively
- Professionalism and good judgment
- Commitment to teamwork
- 2-4 year degree and/or paralegal certificate with 3-5 years of experience
