Legal Business Associate- Manager- Tax Technology Consulting (TTC)

Position Summary:

- Exciting opportunity to join a growing team at Deloitte as a Legal Technology Manager, where you will work with passionate professionals to help companies transform their legal processes and increase efficiencies through technology.
- Hybrid work model available, with 2-3 days per week of in-person co-location required for US Tax professionals.
- Opportunity to work with a variety of clients and industries/sectors, with up to 50% travel required.
- Competitive salary range of $108,430 to $246,870, with potential for additional annual incentives.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
- Work with a team to optimize legal processes and align technology solutions with client requirements and goals.
- Identify and implement innovative technology solutions to meet legal department needs.
- Provide training and support for technology and process changes.
- Understand and articulate the broader practice of Deloitte and maintain relationships with clients.
- Participate in people development, including counseling and coaching, as well as business development activities.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience with legal and/or technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management software, document extraction tools, data wrangling tools, and visualization/BI tools preferred.
- One of the following accreditations obtained: CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, Paralegal Certification, or other technical certifications.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
