# Litigation Attorney - Buffalo, NY/Erie, PA

Law Firm is looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their Litigation Practice Group in Buffalo, NY or Erie, PA. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience handling commercial disputes in state, and federal and arbitration forums.

## Job Responsibilities

* Handle complex litigation in state and federal forums
* Highlight significant matters, types of claims or industries with which you have experience
* Possess practical knowledge, superior writing and communication skills and a strong academic record
* Provide client contact and responsibility
* Engage in community engagement and an entrepreneurial spirit

## Qualifications

* 4-6 years of experience handling complex litigation in state and federal forums
* Experience with commercial disputes in state, and federal and arbitration forums
* Significant matters, types of claims or industries with which you have experience
* Practical knowledge, superior writing and communication skills and a strong academic record

## Salary

Annual salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience or other job-related factors permitted by law. Other benefits include:
