This is a remote, hybrid position that can be located anywhere in the state of New York. Utilize support staff and technology effectively. Adhere to best practices in file handling. Travel as required to meet business needs. Provide advice and training to Claim partners and clients. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Need to Have: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Minimum of one year of litigation practice or prior legal experience. Active license in good standing to practice law in the state(s) in which representation is required. Strong research, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Ability to analyze legal issues with minimal supervision. Appreciation for, and commitment to, delivering high-quality legal work. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and others.
