Job Title: Bankruptcy Associate

Salary: $210,000-230,000 per year (depending on experience)

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of law firm experience

Firm: Snell & Wilmer LLP (referred to as "law firm")

Department: Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights Practice Group

Location: Orange County, California

Job Type: Full-time, partnership-track

Bar Admission: California Bar admission required

Responsibilities:

- Support the bankruptcy and creditor's rights practice group in a collaborative environment
- Enforce commercial loans for institutional clients
- Handle broader bankruptcy matters, including familiarity with the bankruptcy court
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Participate in local community events and activities

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of law firm experience
- Familiarity with enforcing commercial loans and bankruptcy court
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Prior clerkship experience is a plus
- California Bar admission required
