Thompson Hine LLP is seeking a Staff Attorney to join its Commercial Contracting team in an Ohio office location: Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus or Dayton. The Staff Attorney will be responsible for:

* Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of contracts, including supply agreements, distribution agreements, services agreements, software licensing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements
* Providing advice and counsel to clients on contract interpretation, legal compliance, and risk management
* Coordinating with other teams within the firm to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
* Providing legal research and analysis on relevant topics
* Attending client meetings and other related activities

# Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

* A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
* Admission to practice law in Ohio (or the ability to obtain admission)
* A minimum of two (2) years of experience working on commercial contracts
* At least one (1) year of contract drafting and negotiating experience in a law firm environment is preferred
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
