  • Address taxation issues associated with executive compensation arrangements, including Sections 409A and 280G of the Internal Revenue Code.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop effective strategies and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation law.
  • Strong academic background with a high level of achievement.
  • Prior experience in a law firm environment is preferred.
  • Excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission.
