Familiarity with technology transactions such as collaborations, licensing, outsourcing, and joint venture agreements is required. Experience in evaluating and managing patent, trademark, and copyright portfolios, performing IP due diligence for corporate transactions, and handling strategic commercial agreements is preferred.
