The Law Firm of Fox Rothschild LLP in Greenville, SC is seeking a Taxation & Wealth Planning Associate with two to three years of experience in general tax, trusts and estates, and estate planning. This is a full-time, at-will position with a competitive compensation and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a and be licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills to join a reputable and growing law firm.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and guidance on tax, trusts, estates, and estate planning matters
- Work with clients to develop and implement tax strategies and plans
- Prepare and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
- Research and analyze tax laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive services to clients
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- required
- Licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina
- Two to three years of experience in general tax, trusts and estates, and estate planning
- Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience working with trusts, estates, corporations, family-owned businesses, private foundations, and other tax-exempt organizations a plus
- Master’s Degree from an LLM Taxation program strongly preferred
