The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and hold an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing. The candidate should have 0-10 years of experience in commercial transactions. The Attorney will play a crucial role in handling and advising on various aspects of commercial transactions. The role involves providing legal counsel, drafting agreements, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the realm of commercial transactions.

Duties:

• Handle a variety of commercial transactions, including contracts, mergers, acquisitions, and other business agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts to protect the interests of the firm's clients.
• Provide legal advice on transactional matters, identifying legal risks and proposing solutions.
• Conduct due diligence in commercial transactions to ensure compliance and mitigate potential issues.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and tailor legal strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting commercial transactions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
