The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of experience in intellectual property and technology transactions. Candidates must have excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills as well as excellent academic credentials.

Job Duties:

• Provide business-oriented, practical solutions to legal issues that are faced by clients at every stage of the business cycle in domestic and international transactions that involve intellectual property (IP) rights and technology
• Structure, prepare and negotiate hundreds of IP transactions and licenses each year
• Collaborate with other practice groups to provide value added services to clients in corporate mergers, dispositions, strategic alliances and business combinations, and financings and restructurings involving technology and IP assets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Juris Doctor Degree
• Minimum of two to five years of experience in intellectual property and technology transactions

• Structure, prepare and negotiate hundreds of IP transactions and licenses each year
• Counsel clients on licensing agreements; IP due diligence; outsourcing and managed services agreements; and supply and distribution agreements
