- Seeking an Associate with 2+ years of tax controversy experience
- Practical experience with tax disputes (tax controversy, disputes, litigation, audits, and appeals)
- Experience with federal income and estate/gift tax issues
- Previous experience with law firm, accounting firm, IRS, Tax Court, and/or Department of Justice (Tax Division) preferred
