Pros:
The work place is something that I think is the biggest difference between this firm and others I have worked for in the past. My superiors really cared about making sure each associate was working on a case to the best of their abilities. Customer and client satisfaction is something that is always emphasized here. My superiors also make sure that they take the time to really talk to the associates instead of just delegating and trusting that the quality is preserved. And I think it's because of this focus that I have been able to really feel proud about the work I put in.
Cons:
Since quality is a big focus, there are sometimes long hours that associates have to deal with. It is something that is corrected though since the firm has great pay and benefits.

Chamberlain Hrdlicka works hard to make the workplace have a culture where employees want to be a part of the law firm. During the pandemic, the firm has focused on keeping employees safe. The firm recently added online training for professional development.
Favorite Things About this Firm:
