Duties:
- Meet with clients to design estate plans, review drafts, and finalize plans.
- Oversee and manage a team of paralegals and client services associates.

- Provide backup support to the probate and trust administration team when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in estate planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Willingness to work full-time, in-person at the Newport Beach office (part-time hours considered for candidates with caregiver responsibilities or unique circumstances).
Education:
- Juris Doctor (.) from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 law school.
Certifications:
- Active and good-standing membership with the California State Bar.
