Minimum Qualifications:
- Licensed attorney by the State of Texas
- Member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Knowledge of Family Law and the Texas Family Code
- Experience in legal writing, mediation, negotiation, and trial law
- Ability to travel up to 25%

- Two years of experience in handling Family Law cases
- Jury trial experience
- Experience in a high-volume legal practice
- Bilingual in Spanish

Job Description:
- Represent the State of Texas in legal proceedings to establish, enforce, and modify child support and medical support orders
- Provide legal advice, consultation, and training to the Child Support Program
- Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and policies
- Comply with all agency policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and provide excellent customer service
- Attend work regularly and ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive information

Experience Information:
- Assistant Attorney General I: No minimum experience required
