Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of patent drafting and prosecution experience at a firm or in-house
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Optics, Physics, or Biomedical Engineering (with an electrical or software focus)
- Experience in software and AI is a plus
- Graduate-level experience or advanced technical degree is a plus
- Involvement with patent analysis/opinions of counsel and IPRs is a plus
- Admission to the USPTO is a plus
- Valid authorization to work in the .

Salary Information:

- Starting salary for associate positions in the Denver office is $190,000, as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act
- Pay is determined based on various factors, including depth of experience in the practice area
- Eligible for participation in Michael Best's associate bonus program
- Eligible for employer-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and elective/voluntary life, disability, and accident coverage
