- Provide high-quality, zealous representation to clients
- Train, mentor, and coach interdisciplinary teams
- Work closely with social worker department
- Observe hearings and trials
- Train new lawyers and law students
- Second-chair hearings and trials
- Evaluate client services
- Carry a reduced caseload
- Work with newer attorneys as second seats on cases
- Consciously create and enhance a diverse and affirming workplace culture
- Supportive, collaborative, and affirming to clients and colleagues

- New York State Bar admission or ability to waive into New York State from another jurisdiction
