Are you an experienced business litigation attorney looking for a new opportunity? Our law firm is currently seeking candidates with in business litigation. If you have a strong background in transactional law and real estate litigation, we want to hear from you.

Transactional and Litigation Experience Required

As a business litigation attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for handling a variety of cases related to purchase and sale agreements, title and survey review, due diligence, financing, joint ventures, and leasing. In addition, you should have experience with real estate and general business litigation.

Ability to Work Independently

We are looking for candidates who have the ability to work independently and manage a caseload. You should be comfortable conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. Excellent writing and analytical skills are essential for this position.
