Department: Rhode Island Branch Operations Summary: The Counsel position in Rhode Island is responsible for providing support and guidance on title and real estate issues to agents and staff. This includes preparing title commitments, responding to inquiries, and presenting educational seminars. The individual in this role must have a law degree and be licensed to practice law in Rhode Island, with a preference for also being licensed in Massachusetts.
