Do you have a passion for representing creditors in foreclosures, evictions, and title proceedings? Look no further! McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Attorney to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

We are a full-service default and creditors' rights law firm, committed to excellence, integrity, honesty, and respect. We offer a positive, growth-oriented work environment and are looking for a career-driven professional with at least three years of experience in North Carolina foreclosure law.

Key Job Duties:
- Preparation of pleadings and motions
- Court appearances for motions, conferences, and mediations
- Legal research and writing
- Written and oral communication with clients, outside counsel, and court personnel
- General litigation

Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Admitted to practice in North Carolina, other state admissions a plus
- Positive and growth-oriented mentality
- Experience drafting pleadings, appearing in court, and researching legal issues
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize workload
- Portable book of business a plus

Salary: Commensurate with experience
