Job Description:
- Represent the State of Texas in legal proceedings related to child support
- Manage office performance and supervise personnel
- Monitor compliance with regulations and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and deliver training
- Maintain relevant legal knowledge and attend work regularly
- Ensure security and confidentiality of information

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed attorney in the State of Texas and member in good standing with the State Bar
- 4 years of full-time legal experience, with at least 2 years in family law
- Knowledge of Family Law and the Texas Family Code
- Strong legal writing, mediation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Spanish preferred
