Job Title: Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney

Responsibilities:

- Counsel families and individuals on estate administration and disposition
- Advise corporate clients on succession issues and charitable institution clients on planned giving matters
- Conduct research and analysis on complex state and federal tax law issues
- Prepare estate planning documents such as trusts, wills, and powers of attorney

Qualifications:

- Missouri law license required
- 3+ years of experience in estate planning and tax
- Strong knowledge of income, estate, gift, GST, and other tax laws
- Experience with estate/wealth planning techniques and drafting premarital agreements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
