Job Title: Associate Attorney - Global Regulatory Compliance and Legal Support Location: New York, New York; Chicago, Illinois; White Plains, New York Department: Legal Overview: - ICE Data Services, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, is a global leader in market data, analytics, and connectivity solutions. - This role will support the Associate General Counsel in advising and supporting legal matters across the global ICE Data Services business units. - The focus of the role will be on regulatory compliance and legal support for marketing, finance, and product development departments. Responsibilities: - Review and analyze requirements related to applicable regulations, with a focus on the Investment Advisers Act. - Assist in preparing and reviewing external requests for information. - Perform legal review of marketing materials, advertisements, client communications, and press releases. - Help design and implement programs to ensure compliance with regulations applicable to ICE Data Services. - Identify and advise on potential risks related to business strategies and product plans. - Review, draft, and negotiate agreements of varying complexity. - Be a proactive and collaborative member of the legal department. Knowledge and Experience: - . - 2+ years of experience in a related field, but candidates with other applicable experience will be considered. - Experience working in-house on regulatory matters at a financial services or financial data/technology company is preferred. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to work across a broad range of product areas. - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments. - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to work off-hours when necessary. - Desire and ability to quickly learn new and complex areas of law. - Ability to provide pragmatic, timely, and valuable advice to all areas of the organization. Salary Information: - The expected base salary for this role in New York City is between $133,900 - $175,100 USD. - This range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. - Salary will be determined based on the individual's skills and experience.
