Perkins Coie is seeking a patent prosecution associate attorney with at least one year of experience to join our growing Patent Prosecution practice in multiple locations, including New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, Denver, Boise, Austin, and Chicago.

Responsibilities:

As a Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney at Perkins Coie, you will be responsible for:

- Prosecuting patent applications for clients in various industries
- Conducting legal research and analysis related to patent prosecution
- Drafting patent applications and responses to office actions
- Communicating with clients and USPTO examiners
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to provide exceptional services

Qualifications:

- At least one year of patent prosecution experience
- Degree in physics, computer science, electrical engineering, or similar field
- Strong academic credentials and excellent references
- Advanced degree and/or prior industry experience preferred
- Admission to the USPTO required

Benefits and Compensation:

Perkins Coie offers a competitive salary range of $225,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, we offer the following benefits and programs:
