Responsibilities:

As a Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney at Perkins Coie, you will be responsible for:

- Prosecuting patent applications for clients in various industries
- Conducting legal research and analysis related to patent prosecution
- Drafting patent applications and responses to office actions
- Communicating with clients and USPTO examiners
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to provide exceptional services

Qualifications:

- At least one year of patent prosecution experience
- Degree in physics, computer science, electrical engineering, or similar field
- Strong academic credentials and excellent references
- Advanced degree and/or prior industry experience preferred
- Admission to the USPTO required

Perkins Coie offers a competitive salary range of $225,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, we offer the following benefits and programs:
