Amundsen Davis, a full-service business law firm with 230 attorneys, is seeking an experienced employment attorney to join our Management-Side Labor & Employment team. This is a full-time position based in either our Chicago or St. Charles, IL office.

Position Requirements:
- Active Illinois bar license
- 10 or more years of substantial employment litigation experience
- Experience navigating proceedings before administrative agencies
- Defense litigation experience in federal and state courts
- Proven track record of preparing Motions for Summary Judgment specific to employment litigation
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep commitment to client service

Responsibilities:
- Handle employment litigation cases for clients
- Prepare Motions for Summary Judgment
- Represent clients in administrative proceedings
- Communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress
- Collaborate with team members on complex cases
