The candidate should have experience in Naturalization applications, I-751 petitions, VAWA petitions, consular processing, and adjustment of status applications; asylum briefs, waivers of inadmissibility, motions to reopen/reconsider, pre-hearing statements, and appeals; appearances before Immigration Court and USCIS.
