Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, . is seeking a highly experienced Family Law Attorney to join our fast-paced Family Law Practice Group. We are a reputable law firm that values teamwork, dedication, and excellence in the practice of law. As a full-time attorney, you will have the opportunity to work with our senior partners on interesting and complex family law cases.

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in family law, including significant trial experience. You must also be admitted to practice in New Jersey and possess strong interpersonal, legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Additionally, experience in depositions, witness examinations, brief writing, motion preparation, and court appearances is preferred.

While business development experience is a plus, it is not required for this position. We value the ability to generate business, but we also understand that it is not the only measure of success in the legal field.
