Description
Leason Ellis LLP is seeking an experienced associate to join our dynamic trademark
and copyright team!
Leason Ellis is an established IP boutique law firm headquartered in White Plains,
New York. We launched in 2008, and now house over 30 trademark, copyright and
patent attorneys under our roof. World Trademark Review has stated that our “lean
size belies the immense talent housed here, with all its lawyers boasting stellar
credentials.” We tend to agree.
Qualifications
You are an outstanding trademark and copyright attorney with 4+ years of
experience. You’re equally adept at handling contentious matters and prosecution.
You have a genuine interest in and firm grasp of the law, and the ability to apply it
with increasingly less supervision. You interact directly with clients. They like
working with you and admire your legal savvy and business-minded approach. In an
ideal world, you will have written an article or two, spoken now and again in public
forums, and perhaps started bringing in some business. You are looking to grow
your career alongside a team of like-minded, collegial peers.

Pay range: $150,000 - $220,000 per year.
